My work explores the emotional landscapes of childhood, memory and belonging, often through tactile materials and experiential processes.
In drawings, paintings and ceramics, I seek to create shapes where images, memories of migration and cultural crossing run through my work, reflecting layers of personal histories and collective narratives. These themes emerge in fragmented forms, symbolic objects and collaborative engagement.
Whether I’m working in the studio or in schools with pupils, I see art as a powerful tool for connection, reflection, and social change, guided by the belief that creativity is a right, not a privilege, and that the process of making art transcends the times in which it’s created.
